Warm-Up

Core of this guide is based on four types of exercises. They make different results, but when you will make all four, results will be much better. If it is possible try to exercise every day. Before every exercise is esencially necessary to prepare warm-up procedure. It can be done with piece of cloth wet in warm water. This cloth place on your penis and testes. You have to wait until you feel that your penis is finally relaxed. If not, you have to repeat this procedure. It's good to do this procedure before and after each exercise. It can help with healing broken cells.

Exercise long penis

You have to had penis totally relaxed with warmup before you can do this exercise. This exercise is for flaccid penis. It cant be done with erected penis.
Catch your penis glans or closely it and stretch it in front of you, holding for 10-15 seconds in this state. You would feel stress in your penis. Repeat this 3-5 times and after each set give your penis a little relax and massage glans for circulation restoration. After this catch penis in the same way than before and stretch it. This time not in front of you, but in left or right. Don't hurry with this enlargement exercise. Numbers of reps increase after some time.

This exercise is most important of this guide. The core of this exercise is strengthen and thicken penis. It can be done with forcing erective elements to hold more blood as usual. They will be bigger and when they will fully repaired, they could hold more blood. Bigger penis is as result of this exercise.

It is ideal to make warm-up procedure before this exercise. It's good to use some lubricant, whole exercise will be more easier. You need to achieve partialy erection. With full erection you can feel pain. Catch penis with your forefinger and thumb with OK sign at the base of penis. Now go with this hand until you reach end of your penis. You will feel filling your penis with more blood. When you are on the end of penis, catch penis at the base with other hand and repeat this exercise with this hand. It is important to hold penis with one hand through whole exercise.

You will need partially erected penis in this exercise. Lubricant will help too. Catch your penis with your left hand (right for left handed) at the base (with OK sign) and hold it here. This would stop blood circulation and your erection will hold. Catch penis with right hand(left for lefd handed) just above left hand (right for left handed) and go slowly to the glans (don't hurry with this exercise – one rep should take 2 - 3 seconds) a after that go back . Make few reps.

Exercise for better erection, ejaculation

This exercise is very easy. The best is that you can do it everywhere. Try to stop your urine. Yes, exactly that muscle control erection and ejaculation. Try to stretch this muscle when you aren't pissing and hold it for 3-5 seconds. If you will do many reps of this exercise, you will have much better sexual lige. It is recommended starting with 50 reps. After time increase amount of reps. Do it whenever you can.
